All of which, except for CDS, wanted to re-structure our entire IT infrastructure at a substantial cost. On top of that we were quoted on an average of $25,000 per year for maintenance and service. Installation has always been painless. CDS has a very nice stock of accessories and components. I have never had to order a part because they didn't have it in stock. We currently purchase "Block Time" from CDS. An excellent way of doing business. If there are no issues, there is no bill. As the block time is used it is deducted from what you purchased.
