  • We began using CDS about a year ago. I personally interviewed CDS along with several other local IT support companies. All of which, except for CDS, wanted to re-structure our entire IT infrastructure at a substantial cost. On top of that we were quoted on an average of $25,000 per year for maintenance and service. I found this a ridiculous number. CDS came in and interviewed very well. Very knowledgeable and professional. I decided to try CDS. To this day I have not regretted my decision. Their technicians are very knowledgable and professional. Appointment are kept without rescheduling. Any issues are taken care of without delay. CDS has also built numerous new PC's for us. Installation has always been painless. CDS has a very nice stock of accessories and components. I have never had to order a part because they didn't have it in stock.
    
    We currently purchase "Block Time" from CDS. An excellent way of doing business. If there are no issues, there is no bill. As the block time is used it is deducted from what you purchased. No monthly bills. Very nice.
